Vista Hills is an attractive, peaceful manufactured home community with great amenities and is considered by industry professionals to be the finest manufactured home community in Waxahachie.

Can I finance a home for sale at Vista Hills?

Yes, 3rd party lenders who specialize in financing manufactured homes love to lend in our family owned and operated community. We can supply you with a summary of lenders which is a list of known lenders who finance homes in our communities.

Can I find modular homes for sale at Vista Hills?

We do not offer modular homes for sale at our Community, as the cost per square foot is much higher than the state-of-the-art manufactured homes, we have available and the overall quality is very similar. Please contact us to learn more.

Are tiny homes for sale in your mobile home park?

Tiny living is growing in popularity, and we sometimes feature smaller manufactured homes for sale. These efficient, stylish homes are perfect for minimalists or anyone looking to reduce their footprint.

How do our new Champion factory-built homes compare to tiny or modular homes?

Our new Champion homes provide a much greater value than Tiny or Modular homes and are priced at a much lower cost per square foot.

What is the difference between a factory built or manufactured home compared with a mobile home or trailer home?

HUD (the federal department of housing and urban development) has been regulating the construction of manufactured homes since 1976. Over time they have significantly increased what is required. Today’s new manufactured or factory-built homes are built to the highest quality and are significantly better than the older mobile homes or trailer homes of the past.

Are there mobile homes for sale at Vista Hills?

Vista Hills sells state of the art manufactured homes, formerly known as “mobile or trailer homes”. These homes are built to federal HUD code which has stringent requirements related to quality construction, energy efficiency and safety.

Do you have any trailers for sale in your community?

Vista Hills does not sell trailers; we do have new and pre-owned manufactured homes available for immediate move in!

I've lived in a few trailer communities, and this one is by far the best! The lots are spacious, and it's great having different land options to choose from. The manager is super friendly and always on top of things, which makes a huge difference. What really sets this place apart is the pathways down to the creek- It's so peaceful to take a walk there after a long day. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a quiet, well-maintained community!
