The Manager was amazing and welcoming from the start! The maintenance staff is great and super helpful! 3.5 stars is way to low for this place. We moved here from CT and have 5 kids and they love being here as well. Great place for a family to live and I highly recommend it. Ignore the negative reviews I have seen no signs of any of them being accurate!

Vista Hills is a great place,family friendly . Its management is very helpful and very friendly. I lived in Vista Hills for 5 years now and never had any issues. I have raised my grandkids and always have felt safe.
I've lived in a few trailer communities, and this one is by far the best! The lots are spacious, and it's great having different land options to choose from. The manager is super friendly and always on top of things, which makes a huge difference. What really sets this place apart is the pathways down to the creek- It's so peaceful to take a walk there after a long day. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a quiet, well-maintained community!
